Outlook setup instructions
This process will vary depending on your version of Outlook, but instructions for Outlook 2013 / 365 are included below.
- Check your Outlook inbox for an email from signatures@makeasignature.com
- Open the email
- With the mouse, select the whole signature and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C)
- Now either Reply to or Forward the email
- On the main menu ribbon you should now see Signature (This might be an icon of a sheet of paper with a pencil)
- Press the down arrow just below Signature and select Signatures...
- Click New and give your signature a name
- Ensure that the correct email account is selected in the top right
- Right click in the signature box and choose Paste
- Scroll up and down to check the signature is complete and looks as expected.
- If any of the links are underlined when they shouldn't be, you'll need to fix them. The easist way is to highlight the whole signature, then press the underline (U) button TWICE.
- Press OK and start a new email to check your signature.
